Bears can be found prowling or hibernating in the caves, dens and forests. They are naturally territorial beasts and will become aggressive when provoked or find their cubs in danger. One clawed swipe from a bear is enough to knock the unwary adventurer to the ground. These lumbering creatures are slow and easy to run from.

Hunting Strategy[]
Brown bears are territorial, and so they only attack when approached or attacked. They will be quite a challenge for the inexperienced distance fighters as they are quite fast and hard to run from.
